A New Way to Train your Staff

Every organization knows that the long-term stability of its staff is one of the cornerstones of a successful organization. How it's Done in Practice

1. Questionnaire

In the initial stage, you will be asked to fill out an online questionnaire so that we can get a general background on your organization, decide how to train your staff and learn about the difficulties your managers face.

2. Meeting

In the second stage a research meeting with an ‘intelligence’ consultant will be held so that we can better understand the difficulties your organization is facing and to decide on a work plan that will be tailored for the managers so they could achieve the desired results.

3. Training

In the third stage, the selected management team will begin to study ‘The Key to Success in Personnel Training' course online. Each manager will be assigned a username and password for their personal area and an instructor will accompany her/his progress.

4. Accompaniment

'Intelligens' will appoint a consultant who will accompany your organization in the training project until the goal is reached. Results will be assessed and measured based on statistics and surveys conducted along the way with managers and staff.
